You are kindly invited to join us at the 5th international professional conference »Trends and Challenges in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hospitality, Tourism, Education and Training«. This year we are focusing on central topic - Embrace Tradition, with which we would like to highlight the importance of heritage in connection to present and future activities.

There will be three main topic areas:

  1. Food Technology and Nutrition
  2. Hospitality and Tourism
  3. Education and Training

We look forward to welcoming you to the conference. Join us with a paper. The title, abstract, keywords and final papers must all be written in English. All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in the Conference Abstract Book. Full-length papers will be published in the conference proceedings on a flash drive that will be available to every participant.

Papers may be related to the following topics: food production, food processing, the importance of local ingredients, different technological processes, quality assurance, examples of good practices, project presentation, sustainable development and environmental protection, entrepreneurship, marketing, teaching and training, partnership between education and business, stories in the hospitality industry, tourism etc.
